Do you possess BSc. or Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Specializing in Water) at NQF Level 8?
Do you possess a valid professional registration as a Professional Engineer with ECSA?
Do you possess a valid Code B driver’s licence and Computer Literacy: MS Office?
Do you possess a Certificate in Municipal Finance Management: Certificate Programme in Municipal Development (CPMD) or attaining within 18 months of appointment the required competency level for Senior Managers in terms of LG MFMA Minimum Competency Levels of 2007 and 2018 amendments?
Do you possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance (at NQF Level 7).
Do you possess ten years or more relevant experience post registration at Senior management of which at least five years must have been at an executive level?
